Tobago-born, Canada-based Island soul singer and musician, Caleb Hart is giving us all a delicious, mouth-watering musical cuisine in his latest release ‘Pelau’. As he explains ‘Pelau’ is one of those dishes that really exemplifies Trinbagonian cuisine because it is an admixture of various cooking styles. This song represents the reality of what ‘Pelau’ truly is; a beautiful mixture of cultures, spices, ingredients, and colours, all coming together to make something absolutely delicious.
Recently, Caleb chilled with us in the ‘The E-Hub’, Caribbean Entertainment Hub’s brand new Instagram Weekly Live series, where he talked about what inspired his latest release, how life has been while living in Canada, being affected by Covid-19, and plans for new music. Check out the full interview below!
“Tanty grab d big pot… moms done have d oil!” Yes, ‘Pelau’ is officially out now and available worldwide for download here.
Be sure to check it out and let us know your thoughts below! For more updates on new music and performances, stay connect with Caleb Hart on Instagram.
