Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago — In a night that celebrated the best in Caribbean gospel music, Trinidad & Tobago’s own Music Minister Marc Isaacs emerged as a standout force at the 2025 Marlin Awards, taking home not one but two major accolades. Held on Sunday, July 27th at the Myles E. Munroe Diplomatic Centre in Nassau, Bahamas, the event, often dubbed the “Caribbean Gospel Grammy Awards,” highlighted the region’s rich spiritual and musical talent.

Isaacs won Outstanding Vocal Performance (Soca/Calypso) for his soul-stirring track “Till Morning” featuring Farenite, and Outstanding Soca Song for the infectious anthem “Open De Gate”, a collaboration with Blessed Messenger. These awards cement his status as a vocal powerhouse and reaffirm his deep commitment to gospel ministry through music.

“I’m deeply honored to receive these awards, but more importantly, I give thanks to God for the opportunity to serve through music,” Marc shared. “Every song is a testimony, every melody is a message, and I remain committed to ministering hope, joy, and truth to hearts across the region and beyond.”

For fans who have followed Isaacs’ journey, these wins come as no surprise. Over the years, he has consistently delivered Spirit-led lyrics woven into rhythmic Caribbean sounds, a signature blend that celebrates regional culture and uplifts through worship. His musical catalogue reflects a heart rooted in authenticity, healing, and transformation.

But Marc isn’t slowing down.

The gospel singer is preparing for his much-anticipated “Friends and Family” concert, set for Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Faith Assembly International, Arouca. The event promises to be an unforgettable evening of live praise, worship, and fellowship. With a focus on togetherness and gratitude, it’s set to be more than just a concert; it’s a celebration of God’s faithfulness and the power of community.

This next chapter in Marc Isaacs’ journey is one marked by divine affirmation, creative excellence, and a growing regional impact. As he continues to minister across borders, the message is clear: Caribbean gospel is alive, thriving, and reaching hearts far and wide and Marc Isaacs is at the forefront of that movement.
